Here at Parengo Coffee, we thrive on keeping things fresh and fun! Every month, we have a new coffee that is suggested by our customers. Our drink for the month of May was a Sorghum Latte, using local sorghum from the Downtown Sikeston Farmers’ Market. It was no surprise (since our customers suggested it), that it was popular and highly favored by our regulars. Not to mention, the taste of it is remarkable. We even had a few people ask, “How do we make this at home?” So today, we are going to spill the (Parengo) beans on how to make your very own sorghum latte from the comfort of your home.
